Open the protected recovery page and enter your owner email there. If the account can receive recovery mail, it will send a reset link. This public page does not collect your email or send anything.
Recovery opens in your secure online workspace. The reset link expires after 15 minutes and works once.
Your authenticator is still required after changing your password. An unused saved recovery code can replace an authenticator code; email recovery does not remove this protection.
